Manufacturing Unit: We have a sophisticated manufacturing unit, with latest fabrication and designing facility. There are advanced and necessary tools and equipment that enable us for a smooth and hassle free production process, finishing, and packing. We maintain our operations as per the industrial norms and standards that help us to deliver only best quality products to our clients. We regularly upgrade our plant and machinery to help us ship bulk orders within stipulated time frame.
Packaging Unit: We lay great emphasis on packaging of the products shipped from our unit. We have a well furnished packaging unit. Our packaging team uses thermocol or foam sheets in addition to other packaging materials. This ensures safety of delicate products against rough handling. Other packaging materials used are:
• Product barcodes stickers or tags
• Product labels and stickers
• Instruction / Warning labels
• Hang-tags in 4 colors
• Printed boxes
• Ready to display boxes, etc.
For storing our products with ensured safety we have developed a spacious warehouse at our place. Our warehouse is well segregated into small sections for identifying products easily at time of delivery for bulk orders..
Quality Assurance
Quality has been the hallmark of our products and this can easily be ascertained by the certifications from Bureau of Indian Standards. Being a quality conscious concern, we have also applied for ISO. We have a team of quality controllers and experts, who ensure that only the best products, without any defects and loopholes, are delivered to our clients.
